I was born and raised in Calgary, but unlike many Canadian boys, my life did not revolve around hockey. For me, it was tennis! At one time Discipline, Dedication, and Determination best described my approach to life as a Tennis Professional, but since 2003 I’ve channeled that same drive and passion into assisting people with one of their most expensive assets, their home. I consider this to be an enormous responsibility, helping people obtain the highest amount of money the market will bear, in the shortest time possible, with the fewest problems. Now, for me, the ultimate rush comes not from hitting the perfect forehand or backhand, but from helping our clients make the most money they can in real estate. Whether they are buying or selling their home or investing in a revenue property, I put my competitive spirit to work for them, providing the ultimate in customer care, as well as an incredible amount of knowledge and experience. All this to ensure that our clients are supported and feel truly represented every step of the way.

Born and raised in Sylvan Lake Alberta, I was fortunate to start my career in administration, working as the on-site administrative assistant for a construction project at Executive Place in Red Deer. From there, I moved across Canada and spent 10 years living and working in downtown Toronto, where I gained valuable skills in marketing and event planning while working for some amazing companies. Now that I’m back in Alberta and living in Calgary, I’m excited to bring my skillset to Robin Spiers & Associates and be part of an incredible team that is trusted by the community and genuinely cares about the people they serve. I've always believed that your home is like an extension of your outer skin. I love exploring different properties and imagining how I would transform and decorate each space. I’m the type of person who rearranges furniture at least once a month, always looking for fresh ways to enhance a room’s energy. Calgary is such a beautiful city, and I feel incredibly blessed to be here.

While I was born in England, I grew up here in Calgary and I definitely see myself as a Canadian through and through. I love Calgary and all that it has to offer people. I never really considered leaving, despite the horrendous winters, so I completed both my Bachelor of Arts degree in History and my Master of Teaching degree here at the University of Calgary. I enjoyed my years as a teacher, there is nothing more rewarding than watching a child’s eyes light up as they learn something new, but now I look for that light in the eyes of my own children. I am very fortunate that my work with Robin Spiers & Associates allows me to have the opportunity to be at home with my own children, helping to nurture their inner light. And while there is never a dull moment raising my two little girls, I must say, it’s pretty exciting to be a part of helping people find their perfect home, perhaps the place that they will nurture their own families. Buying and selling property can be a daunting task, and I am proud to be part of a team that helps to support people every step of the way.

As Business Manager, Barbara’s role focuses on closing out trades and all back-end accounting for the brokerage, while providing support to our conveyance and marketing departments as needed. Possessing almost 20 years of industry experience, she is well versed in the intricate details of real estate transactions within Alberta, maintaining tight deadlines, and ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day. Barbara would like to think she is the funniest person she knows, but admits the office title may belong to Gail!

Possessing vast industry experience and a positive attitude exemplifies the success Tania achieves in her multi-disciplinary role at our brokerage. Representing the brokerage on communications with lawyers, other brokerages, builders, and related industry members, Tania's leadership in the management and coordination of the conveyance department ensures smooth and timely handling of all real estate transactions at our office. Tania’s love of people draws out her magnetic personality!

With a wealth of industry experience, Gail focuses on conveying and handling residential, builder, agricultural, and commercial real estate transactions from file open to file close at the brokerage. Her acute understanding allows her to communicate proficiently and effectively with clients, Realtors®, and third parties professionally and courteously.
